Villarreal vs Real Madrid Highlights

As part of the King’s Cup round of 16 matches today evening, Thursday, Real defeated Villarreal with a deadly win (3-2).

Etienne Kabul and Samuel Chukwueze scored for Villarreal in the fourth and 42nd minutes, respectively, while Vinicius Junior, Eder Militao, and Danny Ceballos joined Real Madrid in the 57th, 69th, and 86th minutes.

Villarreal applied pressure early on in the game, which led to a goal of progress as Juan Foyth sent the ball to Gerard Moreno, who then passed it to Kabwe, who placed it in Courtois’ net with a single touch.

In the 10th minute, Real Madrid’s Fede Valverde fired a shot that missed Villarreal’s goal as the first reaction.

In the 28th minute, Vinicius requested a penalty kick after falling as a result of a shove from Foyth, but the match official elected to continue play.

Real Madrid took control of the game at the beginning of the second half, until Vinicius, a Brazilian, scored in the 57th minute to cut the margin. And in the 86th minute, Danny Ceballos scored the decisive goal for Real Madrid by receiving a curved pass inside the penalty area from his teammate Danny Ceballos and shooting low and to the left of goalkeeper Jorgensen to advance the Meringue to the quarterfinals.
