Milan escaped from the ambush of its host Empoli, by achieving an exciting victory by three goals, in the meeting that brought the two teams together in the Italian League competitions, at Carlo Castellani Stadium, in a match in the eighth round of the competition.
The Lombardy club sought to reach the net for the hosts during the first half, but all attempts did not bear fruit, even Empoli\’s attempts on the opposite side did not have a different result, so the first half ended as it began, without goals.
