Croatia qualified for the finals of the European Football Championship after defeating its host Austria 3-1, during the match that brought them together today, Sunday, in the last round of Group A competitions in the first level, which saw Denmark beat France 2-0.

Croatia\’s Luka Modric, Marco Levia, and Dejan Lovren scored in the sixth, 69th, and 72nd minutes, while Christoph Baumgartner scored the goal for Austria in the ninth minute.

Croatia raised its score to 13 points at the top of the standings, and Austria\’s tally stopped at four points in the last fourth place, to fall to the second level.
